Exchange/Refund Policy

Making a purchase with KOCHILA COUTURE indicates that you have understood, acknowledged & adhere to agree to the terms & conditions and policies of our website. 

It's bummed to us if you're not 100% satisfied with the fitting of the garment you have received, so we gladly accept SIZE EXCHANGE postmarked within 7 days after the date of delivery.

Purchases made during SALE are NOT Eligible for any kind of Return or Exchange.

Since our product passes 5 layers of Quality Check and we make sure the product reach you at its absolute best condition, there is no way you get a damaged or wrong product, however, If you get any wrong or damaged product, please send a package opening video, without it, Exchange/ Refund will not be taken into consideration.

If you have received a wrong product, please send the package opening video over email to info@kochilacouture.com.

After that, please place the item you wish to return in the parcel the item was received in and hand it over to the delivery person assigned to carry out the pick-up.

A courier will have a maximum of 2 attempts to collect your parcel, failing on the 2nd attempt will auto cancel your registered return.

After receiving the product, a fresh piece will be sent or a refund will be done.

Strictly No Returns / Exchanges for Bodysuits, Closet Essentials, Lounge Wear, Active Wear, Bustier, Accessories, Winter Essentials.

Size does not fit you ? No problem! We will replace the product with the right size that fits you!

Please Note : We only offer SIZE EXCHANGE (whenever applicable) not the Product Exchange.

  1. Size Exchange can be avail once only.
  2. Size Exchange is subjected to availability of Stock.
  3. In cases where Size is not available during exchange period, we will issue a credit voucher to you which can be used to make purchases in your next order.

Kindly Note :- We do not have "Product Exchange" Policy. Right now our policy does not allow you to exchange the product you ordered for a different product. You can change the size for a different size if the size you ordered does not fit you.

Being a Couture Brand, we have strict guidelines to maintain and preserve the quality of our products hence we do not allow product exchange. However, if you do not like the product you can return the item and ask for a credit voucher for your next purchase.

Note on Second Exchange : If you’ve used the credit voucher issued in your previously returned product to place a new order, the first shipping will be free. However, in case of second exchange we need to charge you an amount of Rs 200 for the products exchanged for the second time.

Kindly note: We do not accept any Return or Exchange after the Second Exchange.

If you choose to make a return, we will refund/ issue the credit voucher for the order value except the cost of delivery. Furthermore, should you choose to keep certain items and only return parts of your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

  1. Exchange has to be initiated within 7 days after receiving the order.
  2. Log into "My Account" using your username and password.
  3. Click on "My orders" then Click "Replace Product" for size exchange.
  4. All goods will be inspected when they are received in our warehouse.
  5. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly on the original packet delivered to you and can’t get damaged on the way!
  6. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you and no refund will be issued.
  7. We'll send your replacement to the original delivery address. To check or update your address details, log into My Account and click 'My addresses' and update (remember to click 'Save' when you're done).

Note: For reasons of fairness in pricing and preserving the quality of our products we do not have a product exchange policy.
